Our mission

Our mission is to make proactive wellness and longevity easier to understand-and easier to follow consistently. That means clear education, a calm environment, and a team that prioritizes comfort and safety at every step.

Oxygen is essential to normal body function-and many people choose oxygen-focused modalities as part of a recovery routine. Our goal is to help you use oxygen-based and recovery-focused modalities intentionally-with clear guidance, comfort, and a safety-first approach.

Meet The Founders

For over 30 years, I’ve worked in the wellness space as an Iyengar Certified Yoga Teacher & Therapist, with years of hands-on experience in nutrition and fitness. Supporting people through natural, holistic practices has always been my calling.

When I first learned about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, I was struck by how practical it is: it’s built around something the body already depends on-oxygen-delivered in a structured environment. I immersed myself in the hyperbaric world, including HBOT training and chamber operation, so we could build Oxynergy2 on real knowledge-not trends.

I also hold safety certifications from the IHA (International Hyperbarics Association), IBUM (International Board of Undersea Medicine), and Empire Vitamin Training.

My goal is to help you move toward your wellness goals with care, clarity, and an experience that respects your time and your body.

Growing up in a home focused on health and wellness gave me a strong foundation, but like many people, I learned firsthand what happens when routine disappears and stress takes over.
I moved to New York at 18 to pursue Marketing & Business Management studies. Over time, I felt my mental and physical well-being slip. That experience pushed me back to what works: daily habits and supportive wellness practices that help you feel like yourself again. This led me to dive into learning about wellness modalities and alternative therapies. I quickly developed a passion for it and returned to Los Angeles to partner with my mom, Michele, to build Oxynergy2 from the ground up. I’ve completed training in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Vitamin Therapy, and I care deeply about making every visit feel clear, comfortable, and empowering-especially for people who don’t know where to start.
